Before you start

When can buyers pay by M-Pesa?
Once the owner sets up payouts (the M-Pesa number and the fees agreed) and Paystack has checked the account, usually within a day. Until then, buyers can pay on delivery.
When do I get paid?
Mondays, once you have KSh 1,000, to your M-Pesa or bank; you can choose daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. A business Paystack pays directly is paid two working days after each sale, once you have ksh 100.
What happens after the trial?
Your business moves to Free: up to 10 products, 3.9% on each online payment. Your products and orders stay.
Is cash on delivery charged?
No. SafiSend charges nothing on cash and till payments.
Can I stop paying?
A plan runs to the end of what you paid for, then your business moves to Free. Only a card renews by itself, and you can switch that off.

The 14-day trial needs no card, and nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.
